Data Entry

Next, documents are forwarded to data entry. Our client will decide how their data is captured. If we are given online access we will log on
to our clients accounting/data entry system and enter the information directly. We can also capture our clients information on our batch
data entry system and transmit the information to our client or their service bureau. ATS can capture data in a batch mode and provide
output via email, modem, floppy disk, zip disk, CD or DVD. All batches are balanced, reconciled, recorded and tracked. Edit checks are
built in where ever possible. When connecting directly to your system or to your service bureau’s system, all reconciliation and tracking
procedures will be the same as in batch mode.

Daily reports tracking responses by individual source codes as well as weekly reports summarizing responses by source code for each
current mailing will be provided upon request. Cumulative and current responses, cumulative and current income, percent response,
average contribution amount, net income, and all other required calculations are tracked on the weekly analysis report. Modified reports are
available upon request in order to duplicate what you currently are seeing.

Output files can be sent in a comma delimited, tab delimited, fixed, dbf, Lotus, Excel, HTML, or any format your database requires.
Imaging of documents and/or checks can be done and written to a CD or DVD for archiving in your office
