Our clients decide how their data is captured. If we are given online access we will log on to our clients accounting/data entry system and enter the information directly. ATS captures data and is proficient with many of the major databases in the industry.

We can also capture our clients information on our batch data entry system and transmit the information to our client or their service bureau. ATS can provide the data in any format and match any layout you are currently using. All batches are balanced, reconciled, recorded and tracked. Edit checks are built in where ever possible. When connecting directly to your system or to your service bureau’s system, all reconciliation and tracking procedures will be the same as in batch mode.

Many of our clients also have their records scanned so that images of the documents can be stored securely for 24/7 access on our FTP site. This also allows for quicker turnaround on the capturing of rhe data that is transmitted to the database.

Our data entry department can also provide any analytical reports you may need in order to make your mailings more productive.
