Fulfillment |
The last department is our fulfillment department. Fulfillment includes storage and shipping. ATS can store your documents and recycle them after your preset retention time. If you do not wish for us to store your documents ATS can ship them to you or to your designated storage facility. The fulfillment area is also responsible for mailing of any acknowledgements you request as well as reject items (returned checks, invalid credit cards, etc.). We would also be glad to ship any books, videos, DVD’s, cassettes, or other items you may be sending to your donors/payees. Deposit logs, source documents, comment mail, reports, and rejects will be shipped or delivered to you or your designee as often as required. Stamped business reply envelopes will be batched and returned with the proper paperwork to the Post Office for credit or returned to your office to be filed with the Postal Service. Premiums and products will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of order. Items will be shipped per your specifications via US Postal Service, UPS (Ground, Second Day, or Overnight) or Federal Express. ATS will facilitate storage of products and purchase of shipping materials on your behalf. Weekly inventory reports detailing fulfillment activity and postage/shipping fees will also be provided. Rejected items such as unsigned or post-dated checks and invalid credit card charges will be returned to the donor. A return envelope and a request on your letterhead for a valid contribution/payment will be sent with the rejected item. Requests for brochures, pamphlets, annual reports or other documents can also be filled. Standard inquiries in comment mail requiring a response can be provided by our knowledgeable staff. All acknowledgment letters will be printed and mailed via first class mail or non-profit bulk mail depending on volume. |
